Before LUMA, there were years behind the scenes — shaping products, refining systems and helping build some of the most recognised dessert brands across Australia and beyond.
Through our years in the industry, we developed a deep understanding of what makes a great gelato experience. We also saw where the category was falling short. Self-serve often felt rushed. Quality was inconsistent. Choice was abundant, but the experience rarely felt considered.
We believed there was a better way.
A self-serve gelato experience built around authentic Italian quality, thoughtful presentation, curated toppings and genuine hospitality. A place where guests could enjoy the freedom to create their own cup, without compromising on flavour, service or atmosphere.
That idea became LUMA.
What you see today is the result of years of learning, refining, travelling and rethinking what this category could be.
