We handles common allergens, including:

While we take care with food handling and preparation, cross-contact may occur, particularly due to our self-serve format, shared equipment, shared preparation areas and shared toppings bar.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or traces of allergens.

A Note on Dietary Preferences

Ingredient-friendly doesn't always mean allergen-free.

Some products may be described as vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free based on their ingredients.

Our vegan flavours are made without dairy ingredients. However, they are not prepared in a separate allergen-free kitchen and may still contain traces of milk, nuts, gluten, soy or other allergens due to shared preparation and service areas.

The same consideration applies to products that may be labelled dairy-free, gluten-free or suitable for specific dietary preferences.

Some LUMA products may contain coffee or caffeine. These products may not be suitable for children, pregnant people or customers sensitive to caffeine. Please ask our team if you are unsure.
